Why Do I Have to Sign in Again After My Computer Hibernates

ane) I use a MS account to log-in (though for a spell I used a User PIN instead)
two) & 3) I get hotmail messages and annoying invitations to upgrade to Win viii.1 (which, in common with other members, is impossible to do as I cann access the Shop.
4) I used a recommended way of changing the annals to start into a Win7-type desktop instead of the Outset screen, which I found irritatingly useless shortly afterward getting the PC (new in December 2012 - then long before the current difficulties) and recently had Kaspersky security installed past a professional, when my Norton contract was due for renewal.

I always run MS updates when prompted.
I swapped the original black keyboard for an 'old' white Logitech keyboard, simply for months before the trouble started.
I take a balanced power regime and habitually wake the reckoner with a mouse click in the middle of the screen and haveicked the 'do not need a countersign' option. I reset the various options to defaults so reset my sleep/hibernate timing preferences. Nothing happens when I right click on the lesser left corner Offset icon (ref. method 2) but I got into Device manager and the mouse and keyboard are working properly (and are allowed to wake the PC).

3 Nothing to do with Store but see below

Investigating the Keyboard option on the Control Console I get a message that the keyboard commuter cannot be loaded considering some other instance is already open up. (How stupid is that!). Information technology suggests I could disable or uninstall it, (one, or both?), but would then have to re-install and in that location is no obvious reason why information technology wouldn't happen again. The trouble disappears on opting for a Ability Restart... and... having typed this reply, ON THE KEYBOARD, I re-checked its Hardware Backdrop Details and the sole case is now working. Good! Only why?

It seems subsequently the restart the Keyboard drivers are automatically installed. This might have fixed the effect.
